What a game changer this whole "growing up" phase is- the moving away from the "toys" that he once used to want to the things that an active 9 year old boy asks for.
Namely- Rollerblades and a skateboard.
They are on while doing school work, up and down the hallway all day long, on while headed to cubscouts. There has certainly been a lot of rollerblading around here.
The other night Alex woke up to an odd sound only to investigate and find Simon rollerblading up and down the hallway after we'd all gone to bed...
At any rate- a litte question answer sessions with Simon this morning. My sweet, incredibly content little boy who is never in a hurry to do anything and always eager to help little Paul in whatever he asks for.
